to improve the performance of his staff. Most of the complaints

from Loan Officers, and a lack of alternative loan programs for
clients who had unique situations.
When Emagine Loans began doing business, he ensured that his staff
had the technological resources to provide the most effective communication
with our clients, to get them answers as soon as possible, because
